The retrieval, processing and use of the data is according to the above named purposes. 5. Description of the Affected Users and their respective data and data categories: Customer data, employee data, as well as data from suppliers, as relates to the fullfillment of goals under 4. 6. Receivers or Categories of Receivers With Whom the Data Can Be Shared: Public positions during publication of laws, external contractors corresponding to § 11 BDSG, as well as external positions and internal departments of the Marquardt group in fulfillment of the goals under 4. 7. Regulated Periods for Deletion of Data: The lawmaker issued various regulations regarding dates and duties of overseeing the data. Once these periods expire, the data is routinely deleted. The untouched data up until this point will be deleted, if it no longer complies with goals under 4. 8.
